• Pepsi Cola International reserves the right to select which artwork to publish. Submissions that are accepted by us will appear on our Facebook page. Everyone getting 20 likes for their artwork in a weeks time would be eligible for winning gifts from Pepsi through a lucky draw. Qualifiers for the weekly draw would be auto eligible for winning a grand prize of 'Dell LCD' through a monthly draw.
• The submitted image must contain at least 1 speech/ thought bubble and 2 caricatures.
• If Pepsi Cola International deem any part of the submitted artwork to be offensive in any way, we reserve the right to not publish it.
• The same person cannot win the competition for two consecutive weeks.
• Pepsi, a brand of Pepsi-Cola International reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the prizes at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• Employees of Pepsi Cola International, Frito-Lay Pakistan, related advertising agencies, and media companies cannot participate in the promotion.
• These terms and conditions are for the clarification of the promotion and Pepsi Cola International cannot be held legally responsible for them.
• These terms and conditions cannot be held as legal evidence or be used in the court proceedings.
• Pepsi Cola International is not liable to any one with regard to the whole or any part of the terms and conditions.
• The decisions of Pepsi Cola International regarding prize winners will be final and irrevocable.
• Prizes not collected by the winners within 30 days after their announcement will be cancelled.
• Any use of unfair means(hacking/cheating/etc) that results in a user getting undue advantage will result in disqualification.
• After the delivery of the prizes to the appointed person (persons), Pepsi Cola International will be free from all claims/liabilities. In case of dispute, all claimants of the prize(s) will have to claim them directly from the people who have received them.
• Prize winners will have to be 18 years of age with a valid ID card or should be assisted by their parents who have a valid ID card.
• Pepsi-Cola International & its companies will email all participants and registered users on the site from time to time with announcements, updates and other information. By registering with us, you consent to receiving this information
